Calumet Wapi Amaranth – Elegant Handcrafted Purpleheart Wooden Pipe

The Calumet Wapi Amaranth is a particularly striking addition to the Calumet Wapi collection, combining traditional German craftsmanship with the beautiful natural colouring of Amaranth wood, also known as Purpleheart.

Featuring an elegant, flowing curved design, this beautifully made wooden pipe sits comfortably in the hand while offering a distinctive appearance. Its standout feature is the naturally rich reddish-purple colouring of the Amaranth wood, complemented by its attractive natural grain.

Manufactured in Germany, each pipe is crafted from natural wood and treated exclusively with linseed oil, preserving the wood's natural character without the use of artificial lacquer or paint.

Amaranth is particularly sought after for its unusual colouring and distinctive appearance, making this version an excellent choice for anyone looking for something a little different.

Distinctive 3-Piece Push-Fit Construction

The Calumet Wapi features the brand's clever 3-piece push-fit system, allowing the pipe to be easily dismantled for cleaning, maintenance and changing the bowl.

The three-piece construction provides convenient access to the integrated filter chamber while retaining the pipe's elegant, streamlined appearance.

Its smooth curves and comfortable handling make it both a practical and attractive piece of traditional wooden craftsmanship.

8mm Activated Carbon Filter Compatibility

The Wapi features an integrated chamber designed to accommodate standard 8mm activated carbon filters, including GIZEH® filters.

Activated carbon filters help reduce unwanted impurities and condensation, contributing to a smoother smoking experience.

The filter is easily accessible thanks to the removable three-piece construction. Calumet recommends replacing activated carbon filters approximately every 3–5 bowls.

Beautiful Wooden Sliding Presentation Box

The Calumet Wapi Amaranth is supplied in an attractive wooden presentation and storage box featuring a sliding lid.

The handcrafted-style wooden box provides a convenient and stylish way to store and protect your pipe when not in use, making this version particularly appealing as a gift or addition to a wooden pipe collection.
