Shipping Information
Shipping costs to mainland England are £7.99 for parcels up to 25kg. There is free shipping for over 250 pounds. You can click on the free shipping option at checkout.
Anything over 25kg will be charged at an extra 25p/kg.
Orders placed before 2pm GMT (Monday-Friday) are dispatched from our warehouse on the same day, subject to stock availability and any security checks. Orders placed after 3pm GMT during the week or at weekends are processed and dispatched the following working day.

Returns & Warranty
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
